Regional relationship strategy
Southwestern Ontario
Sarnia and Lambton County are the operational centre. Zion is developing investor, borrower, operator, and professional relationships across Southwestern Ontario, subject to the appropriate securities and mortgage-compliance pathways.
Florida
Zion is building relationships from Palm Beach through the Treasure Coast and Space Coast to Winter Park and Greater Orlando. The objective is education, market familiarity, and trusted relationships, not public solicitation of an unapproved U.S. offering.
